CLEANING THE AIR WE BREATHE

 

By combining the best air filtration  techniques with our E-beam, we  sterilize the air circulating in a  contaminated area by destroying  aerosolized infectious pathogens.  Air circulation systems, for example, air conditioning and heating systems in buildings and aircraft, have been known to circulate airborne viruses and bacteria, spreading sickness to the occupants. This is becoming a concern to both the manufacturers of such systems as well as the occupants.

The use of an electron beam to sterilize air provides a more effective sterilization of flowing air than any prior methods such as irradiation with ultraviolet light because electron beams can disable or kill microorganisms more rapidly. In addition, electron beams are affected by dust to a lesser degree than ultraviolet light. Electron beam can effectively sterilize air flowing at high flow rates.

UNITS SIZE AVAILABLE

Our sterilization system come in 250 CFM of treated air increments.  They include the following:

  • electron beam engine including lamp, high voltage power supply and  cable
  • closed loop, water to air cooler for cooling water circuit; one required for each electron beam engine
  • Control Panel and Operator Screen; provides control of electron beam engine(s) and interlocking signals for integration with other pilot line controls and safety devices; includes programming and testing of the controls with the electron beam engine(s).
  • Design, fabrication, assembly and on site testing of HVAC integrated system
  • Existing HVACSystem integration
  • Installation and Commissioning Support and ISO 11137 certification
